Hot Spring Snorkeling & ATV

A morning swim and a fun drive

Hot Springs and Lava fields

Your chance to experience some of the famous natural features of Iceland

This tour is a combination of fun activities suitable for everyone aged 12 or older and it offers an exceptional opportunity to witness first-hand the powerful forces that have shaped Iceland over the centuries.

Your day will start with our unique Hot Spring Snorkeling Tour at Kleifarvatn lake. The one-of-a-kind landscape that sorrounds the lake will make you feel like you are on another planet, while really you will be only about 30 minutes way from Reykjavik. This peculiar setting will be your introduction to the wild and almost prehistoric scenery you will be immersed in for the whole day.

After the snorkeling tour, you will have some time to visit the nearby Krýsuvík geothermal park, where you will walk through the boiling mud pots and observe the intense geothermal activity that is specific to the Reykjanes peninsula.
This is where our trusted partners will pick you up for your ATV tour. This thrilling tour will take you through century-old lava fields, the old harbour area of Hópsnes and its shripwrecks and old town foundations. Next up will be a more scenic and slightly more adventurous mountain track that will take you towards the peak of Mount Hagafell. Here we will stop to take in the breath-taking 360° view over the Blue Lagoon, the Svartsengi volcanic crater formations, Mount Fagradalsfjall, Eldey island and more!
