OUR TOURS

The Westman Islands is a small archipelago off the south coast of Iceland.

These group of islands are one of the best kept secrets both above as under the water surface.
The view over the high and steep cliffs inhabited by millions of birds is an absolutely stunning view on arrival by ferry from the mainland.

A starfish in front of dead man fingers - Iceland © Reimund Hübner In the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 we have conducted a few minor expeditions as part of longer tours to the Westman Islands and we have discovered a couple of amazing dive sites here. Among other sites, a huge underwater arch, walls covered with soft coralls and a cave cutting straight through a 120m wide and 100m high mountain. On our last visits we have collected information on a number of very interesting and promising dive spots while talking to locals and other divers as well as fisherman.
On this expedition we will spend most our dives on exploring new dive sites that we have heard about but no one has dived so far. We will also dedicate two of our dives to the two most stunning dive sites we already know around the Islands.

This expedition is planned for the 6.9.-9.9.2013.

Prerequisites:	Advanced Scuba dive certification (PADI Advanced Open Water or equivalent) Dry suit experience!
Duration:	4 days
Please bring:	Warm clothes, long underwear, thick socks. Dive equipment (All dive equipment can be rented from us)
Included:	All transport on land and on water, 3 nights accommodation incl. breakfast, 6-7 guided dives, air tanks and weights
Accommodation:	3 nights accommodation in shared rooms with shared bathrooms (usually double rooms)
Maximum:	8 divers
